Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and handle basic inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed
• Handle daily front desk operations, including receiving couriers, managing incoming/outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day functioning
• Manage office supplies and inventory at the front desk
