Receptionist

DILLIPAY TECHNOLOGIES LTD is looking for a Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing front-desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage conference room bookings.

  • Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with office security procedures.

  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and record management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth office operations.

  • Arrange travel bookings and accommodations when required.

  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and employees.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream).

  • Experience: 0–3 years in a receptionist, front office, customer service, or administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
