We are hiring Receptionist Support to handle outbound calls for overdue payments. The role requires confident communication, negotiation ability, and a professional approach while interacting with delinquent customers.
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments in hard collection buckets.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlement offers with delinquent customers.
Persuade and motivate customers to clear outstanding dues while maintaining professionalism.
Handle escalated or difficult customer interactions with confidence and persistence.
Accurately record and update customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
Coordinate with the team leader to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Escalate non-responsive or critical cases to the next level for further action.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
Confident personality with the ability to handle pressure and objections
Basic computer skills
