Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, letters)
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping
Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies
Support internal teams with clerical and coordination tasks
Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferred)
Minimum 6 months of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, presentable, and customer-oriented attitude
