Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk area, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The role requires good communication skills, professional behavior, and the ability to handle guests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
Register visitor entries and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Call Handling
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
Visitor & Guest Handling
Coordinate with concerned departments for visitor meetings.
Ensure proper hospitality for guests and high-profile visitors.
Administrative Support
Maintain records such as visitor registers, courier records, and call logs.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, parcels, and documents.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and conference facilities.
Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping for reception area cleanliness.
Inform concerned staff about arriving visitors or scheduled meetings.
Office Support
Support admin tasks like stationery management and basic documentation.
Assist in organising office events or meetings when required.

Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently
Qualification
Minimum Graduate
Experience
0-1 years experience as a receptionist or front office executive (hotel or corporate office preferred)
