Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, managing visitor inquiries, and performing basic data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it's tidy and presentable
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle walk-in inquiries and guide visitors appropriately
Maintain a log of visitors and appointments
Perform basic data entry work and maintain office records
Coordinate with internal departments as needed
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language]
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
