Job Description

Location: FITT by Anmol
Shift Timing: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹ 20,000 – ₹ 25,000 (including incentives)

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage front desk operations and attend customer/patient inquiries (in person, phone, or email).

·        Explain membership packages and physiotherapy services; convert inquiries into memberships.

·        Schedule appointments and coordinate with physiotherapists.

·        Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors.

·        Handle data entry, payments, and reports.

·        Keep the reception area neat and welcoming.

 

Required Skills:

·        12th pass / Graduate (admin or customer-service certification preferred).

·        Good communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

·        Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

·        1–2 years of experience in reception or admin roles (fitness/wellness preferred).

·        Well-organized, multitasking, and customer-focused.
