Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department/person.
Manage front desk activities and maintain a professional reception area.
Handle visitor entries and basic front desk documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for visitor and guest requirements.
Receive and manage courier, parcels, and important documents.
Assist with basic administrative and office coordination work.
Maintain proper communication and a professional front-office environment.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and professional personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Good Hindi and English communication; Gujarati will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
