We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, handle communications, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Maintain visitor logs and issue badges when necessary.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Coordinate with internal staff to handle inquiries or provide necessary information.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies appropriately.
