Job Description

We are looking for a polite, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while managing front-desk operations efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.

  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication and operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier services.

  • Assist in basic billing or record-keeping as required.


Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

  • Ability to work in rotational and night shifts.

  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
