We are looking for a presentable and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily front office operations, handle communication, and ensure smooth coordination within the office.
Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk and greet visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Book and manage meeting rooms
Maintain visitor records and office registers
Assist in basic administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Good email drafting and communication skills
Presentable personality and professional attitude
Good coordination and multitasking ability
Additional Requirements:
