Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Executive to ensure an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily arrival lists and welcome guests warmly

• Attend to VIP and special guests, handling their queries efficiently

• Prepare welcome kits/folders with relevant information (menus, local area details, etc.)

• Provide information about hotel/venue amenities, services, and nearby attractions

• Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs

• Assist guests with requests such as travel arrangements, messages, and reservations

• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required

• Maintain daily records and update logbooks

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally

• Basic knowledge of hospitality/customer service

• Prior experience in hospitality is preferred (Freshers with good communication can apply)
