Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, handle inquiries politely and professionally.
• Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for senior management.
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, and general administrative upkeep.
• Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries as per executive requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation support.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all executive-level matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors as required.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mails/couriers.
• Ensure the reception and meeting areas are neat, welcoming, and organized.
• Assist with event coordination and office activities.
Requirements:
• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in EA/Reception/Admin roles
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
