Job Responsibilities – Front Desk Executive
Customer Welcome & Assistance: Greet customers as they enter the café and assist them with seating, PC/console allocation, and gaming setup.
Customer Check-ins: Manage customer registrations, session check-ins, and check-outs through the café management system.
Session Monitoring: Track gaming sessions, ensure proper time usage, and inform customers when their session is ending.
Payment Handling: Collect payments for gaming sessions, food, or other services and maintain accurate billing records.
Customer Queries: Address customer questions regarding games, pricing, membership, or café policies.
PC & Console Supervision: Ensure gaming PCs, peripherals, and consoles are functioning properly and report technical issues immediately.
Cleanliness & Setup: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area, front desk, and equipment.
Rule Enforcement: Ensure customers follow café rules such as respectful behavior, equipment care, and session limits.
Basic Troubleshooting: Assist customers with minor technical issues such as logging into games or restarting systems if required.
Daily Operations Support: Support the owner in managing day-to-day café operations and ensuring a smooth gaming experience for customers.
