Guest Relations & Front Desk Duties
Greet guests with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
Provide information about resort facilities, activities, and services.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues to the Manager when required.
Communication & Coordination
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest needs.
Maintain proper guest records and reservation details.
Administrative Duties
Handle billing, invoices, and cash/credit card transactions.
Maintain the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Update daily check-in/out reports for management.
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel booking software).
Professional grooming and presentation.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a smile.
Minimum: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
Prior experience in hotels/resorts/front office preferred.
Strong communication and a service-oriented attitude may also apply.
