Profile: Front desk/receptionist roles Experience: *(2+ years).*Warmly greet all visitors to the school and direct them to the appropriate place or person*Undertake a variety of routine administrative duties to support the team and School (for example create and circulate the weekly teaching bulletin, manage driver authorisation forms, keep the School’s coffee room neat and tidy )*Organise meetings and coordinate the School’s calendar as neededClerical or administrative roles.*Working in a school or educational setting (highly desired).*Ability to type 60 words per minute*Proficiency in office software programmes (ERP school software )*Advanced written and verbal communication skillscompassionate attitude towards children and familiespassion for quality educationtime management and organisational skillsexperience creating and managing digital filing systems*Prepares and/or edits electronic documents in word/excel/power point formats*Organise meetings and coordinate the School’s calendar as needed.Qualification:B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/Diplomas or degrees in Office Administration, Business Management, Hospitality, or Communications/Courses in customer service or office managementLocation: ADITYA WORLD CITYSalary: 10kAge:no bar
