Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin-cum-Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage general inquiries with professionalism.
Data Management: Maintain and update office records, trackers, and reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Office Administration: Assist in daily administrative tasks, including mail handling, filing, and coordinating office supplies.
Facility Coordination: Ensure the reception area and office premises are tidy and organized.
Proactive Support: Anticipate office needs and take initiative to streamline administrative workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is mandatory.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attributes: Highly proactive, disciplined, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
