Client Greeting & Personalized Service:
Greet clients upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
Offer a personalized shopping experience by understanding client needs and preferences.
Maintaining Client Database and Details:
Maintain every client / customer's details like name , contact , email details etc.
It serves as a central repository for storing and managing client-related data, allowing businesses to track interactions, preferences, and sales history, ultimately helping improve customer service, marketing efforts, and business decisions.
Create customer/ client entry cards.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and purchases.
Track and record client preferences, previous purchases, and feedback to provide future recommendations.
