Job Title Community Executive
Community Executive’s main role is to provide assistance to the co-workers of gospaze facility. As the front line of GoSpaze, Community Executives (CEs) serve the client base through a variety of mediums. To motivate and engage the co-working community, CEs facilitate multiple events and services for the members. As a direct link between GoSpaze and its clients, CEs also provide the official customer support for the community. CEs are responsible for managing the day to day operations of the centre, and act as liaisons between the staff and management. CEs may also be given opportunities to work on special projects as directed by management.
Roles and Responsibilities : This position reports to Operations Head
● Community Building: Motivate and nurture a community of like minded individuals and groups to contribute through GoSpaze platform. Communicate directly with the community and industry at large (i.e., public speaking at hosted events, other local gatherings, and educational outreach to opinion leaders, start up communities) about GoSpaze to improve brand awareness. Increase engagement among co-workers. Identify partnership opportunities with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
