Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Provide accurate information about the company and services
Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
Maintain visitor records and front desk logs
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Support administrative and office coordination tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is an advantage)
Preferred Skills:
Customer service mindset
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Attention to detail
Basic administrative experience (preferred but not mandatory)
