Key Responsibilities: 🏢 Office Management & Coordination Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment. Coordinate with internal departments for facility needs and support requirements. 📞 Front Desk Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally. Maintain visitor records, handle courier services, and coordinate meeting room bookings. 📋 Administrative Support Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement activities within budget. Assist HR and Finance teams with documentation, attendance, and logistics when needed. Maintain employee records, ID cards, and access control systems. 🧾 Vendor & Asset Management Liaise with vendors for maintenance contracts, IT support, and facility services. Maintain and track company assets, AMC renewals, and inventory records.
