Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-groomed female Guest Relations Executive to be the welcoming face of our café. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and can create a warm, friendly environment for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome every guest with a warm smile and pleasant attitude.

  • Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.

  • Ensure guests feel comfortable and valued from the moment they enter.

  • Provide basic information about the café, menu highlights, and special offers.

  • Handle guest queries and concerns politely and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth guest service.

  • Manage bookings, reservations, and walk-in guests.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic of the front desk and waiting area.

  • Encourage feedback and communicate it to the team.

  • Assist with check-ins for events or special reservations if any.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidate only

  • Presentable appearance with good personal grooming

  • Fluent in English and Hindi

  • Confident, polite, and positive personality

  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Basic knowledge of café menu and services (training will be provided)


Education:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation (Hotel Management or Hospitality background preferred)
