We are looking for a smart and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support daily office activities. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will ensure smooth coordination between office staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and attend visitors, clients, and business guests in a professional manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide basic information to callers
• Maintain visitor records and appointment registers
• Manage data using MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Handle official emails and basic correspondence
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management teams
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and site visit timings
• Maintain office discipline and front-desk decorum
• Support daily administrative and coordination tasks
