Job Overview:
The CEO Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient time management. This role requires confidentiality, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Prioritize schedules and resolve conflicts
2. Communication Handling
Act as a point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
3. Meeting Coordination
Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
4. Travel Management
Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)
5. Administrative Support
Maintain records, documents, and confidential files
Handle expense reports and basic budgeting support
6. Project & Task Management
Assist in special projects and business initiatives
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion
7. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with senior management, clients, and partners
