Job Description

Job Overview:

The CEO Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient time management. This role requires confidentiality, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar & Schedule Management

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments

  • Prioritize schedules and resolve conflicts

2. Communication Handling

  • Act as a point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence

3. Meeting Coordination

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports

  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items

4. Travel Management

  • Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)

5. Administrative Support

  • Maintain records, documents, and confidential files

  • Handle expense reports and basic budgeting support

6. Project & Task Management

  • Assist in special projects and business initiatives

  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion

7. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with senior management, clients, and partners
