Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and official communication.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Arrange meetings, travel plans, and accommodation.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on important tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
Screen and prioritize visitors and calls.
Organize office work and maintain daily schedules.
Handle personal and official tasks assigned by the executive.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
