The Personal Assistant will support senior management in daily operations, coordination, and communication. The role includes managing schedules, drafting emails, organizing travel, handling confidential documents, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage calendar, meetings, and communications of senior leadership.
Draft official letters, emails, and maintain document records.
Coordinate with internal departments and project teams.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for site visits.
Follow up on action items from meetings and project tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and organize key legal/project files.
Graduate with 1–3 years of experience as PA/EA.
Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong MS Office and time management skills.
