About the Role: Stepup Nexus is a fast-paced Supply Chain Management consultancy looking for a highly adaptable and organized Personal Assistant. This is not a traditional, static desk job. You will be the right-hand support to our Lead Consultant, operating in a dynamic "mobile office" environment.
A crucial part of this role involves traveling alongside the Consultant in a private company vehicle to various client sites across Pune. Key Responsibilities:
Executive Travel Support: Accompany the Consultant daily in the executive vehicle to client locations (including Vadgaon Sheri, Bhosari, and Ranjangaon), ensuring seamless on-the-go administrative support.
Liaison & Project Coordination: Prepare and manage detailed, client-specific task lists. Act as a primary liaison by continuously following up with various stakeholders to ensure all action items and project tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Front-Line Communication: Professionally answer, screen, and forward phone calls, serving as the first point of contact for the consultancy.
Calendar & Schedule Management: Update calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate local travel itineraries.
Guest & Mail Management: Welcome guests and greet visitors professionally when at the base office, while also receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.
Office Maintenance: Maintain a tidy, presentable reception/workspace area and manage necessary stationery supplies.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience: Minimum qualification Persuing Graduation. We welcome candidates ranging from freshers (0 years) to experienced professionals (6+ years).
Travel Readiness: Must be entirely comfortable and willing to travel extensively on a daily basis in a car with the Lead Consultant to various industrial and corporate client sites.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Core Competencies: Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize critical tasks on the fly.
Communication: Expert written and verbal communication skills with a highly professional attitude.
