high-performing Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder and drive critical coordination

across teams, projects, and stakeholders.


Role Overview

As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will be the backbone of day-to-day operations at the

leadership level. You will manage priorities, calendars, communications, and special projects with

professionalism, discretion, and strategic thinking.


Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Communication Management

• Manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, travel, and appointments.

• Draft, review, and respond to critical emails, messages, and documents.

• Ensure follow-ups, reminders, and meeting outcomes are tracked effectively.

Operational & Strategic Support

• Support prioritization of tasks and planning of daily/weekly agendas.

• Track OKRs, business metrics, and key project deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/investors.

Project Execution

• Drive founder-led initiatives and cross-functional projects.

• Conduct market research, prepare presentations, and maintain dashboards.

• Take meeting notes (MoM) and follow up on action items.


Administrative Responsibilities

Travel planning, event coordination, and expense management.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories.

Desired Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Founder’s Office role.

• Engineering Graduate (any discipline) or MBA preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

• Proficiency in Excel and AI tools.

• Strong business acumen and proactive mindset.
