Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, allowing the executive to focus on strategic priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.

  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the executive.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

  • Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

  • Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands when needed.

  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and budgeting support.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
