We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management in daily administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
Maintain records, files, and important documents
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conferences
Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the executive
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Good time management and problem-solving skills
