Key Responsibilities:
Manage Directors’ emails, filter important communication, and draft responses.
Handle calls, follow-ups, and maintain clear communication flow.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, reminders, and calendars efficiently.
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors on behalf of the Directors.
Prepare notes, reports, follow-up lists, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Be the right hand to the Directors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills & Personality:
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle situations calmly, think on your feet, and solve problems.
Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
Smart multitasker with good follow-up skills.
Experience in a similar role, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics is a strong advantage.
Candidates with a Marketing background are also welcome.
Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
