CEO’s Schedule Management – Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, calls, reminders, and priorities.
CEO Coordination – Act as the primary coordination point between the CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, colleges, companies, and other stakeholders.
Task & Follow-Up Management – Track tasks assigned by the CEO, follow up with concerned persons, monitor deadlines, and provide regular status updates.
Communication Support – Manage calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication as required; draft professional messages, emails, letters, and instructions on behalf of the CEO.
Meeting Management – Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare required documents/materials, manage meeting arrangements, note important action points, and ensure timely follow-up.
Reports & Documentation – Prepare MIS, presentations, trackers, meeting notes, summaries, and other reports/documents required by the CEO.
Internal & External Stakeholder Coordination – Coordinate with HR, Academics, Admissions, Placement, Finance, Operations, mentors, clients, partners, and other stakeholders as directed by the CEO.
Day-to-Day CEO Support – Provide timely assistance with routine requirements during working hours, including arranging lunch, tea/coffee, water, refreshments, and other basic requirements for the CEO.
Travel, Events & Logistics – Coordinate the CEO’s travel, official visits, events, appointments, bookings, guest arrangements, and other logistical requirements.
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct – Maintain strict confidentiality of the CEO’s personal and professional information, business discussions, documents, and decisions, while demonstrating discretion, loyalty, punctuality, responsiveness, ownership, and professionalism at all times.
