Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, sincere, responsible and proactive Personal Assistant to assist the Wedding Planner in managing day-to-day office work, clients, vendors and wedding/event execution.
The ideal candidate should have an interest in wedding décor, events and hospitality and should be comfortable taking responsibility and making practical decisions when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Wedding Planner in day-to-day office and administrative work.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, decorators and event teams.
• Maintain client information, quotations, follow-ups and basic documentation.
• Handle office management and ensure routine tasks are completed on time.
• Assist in décor planning, décor selections and coordination with décor vendors.
• Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, payments and production requirements.
• Attend client calls/meetings and communicate professionally.
• Assist during wedding and corporate events and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed.
• Take practical decisions during events when required and immediately update the Wedding Planner.
• Keep track of event-related requirements, timelines and pending work.
• Be available for flexible working hours during weddings/events, including early mornings, late evenings or extended event hours when required.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, budgets and company information
Candidate Requirements
• Smart, presentable and confident personality.
• Sincere and responsible towards assigned work.
• Good communication skills and ability to speak confidently with clients.
• English speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
• Should be comfortable communicating in Hindi and English as required.
• Should have an interest in wedding décor, design and events.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during events.
• Prior experience in wedding planning/event management/office administration will be an advantage, but the right attitude is more important than experience.
Working Conditions
• Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• During weddings/events, working hours will be flexible according to the event schedule.
• In case of urgent work on Sunday, the employee may be required to work; Monday will then be given as the weekly off.
• The role requires someone who understands that event management sometimes demands flexibility beyond fixed office hours.
••Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, responsibility and overall suitability.
