About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, time-management abilities, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
• Maintain records, files, and office documentation
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Organize meetings, events, and follow-ups
• Assist in personal and professional task management
• Ensure smooth daily operations and administrative efficiency
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Admin role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Professional attitude and confidentiality handling
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
