Key Job Responsibilities
Diary & Inbox Management: Screening phone calls, managing emails, and coordinating complex calendars.
Administrative Support: Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence; maintaining filing systems; and taking meeting minutes.
Travel & Logistics: Arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, including itineraries.
Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact between the executive and clients, staff, or suppliers.
Personal Assistance: Handling personal errands, expenses, and sometimes personal household matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion: High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Organization: Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and ability to meet deadlines.
