Personal Assistant (PA)

GK Wellness & Spa


GK Wellness & Spa is looking for a smart, professional, and well-organized Personal Assistant to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.

- Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.

- Maintain records, documents, and client information.

- Coordinate with staff and management for daily operations.

- Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
