Job Description

Personal Assistant to CEO

Work closely with the CEO of a growing Real Estate & Project Management company. This is a high-trust role with great learning, strong exposure, and real growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the CEO’s calendar and meetings

• Coordinating projects (real estate/interiors)

• Attending client meetings, site visits & events

• Supporting business development and follow-ups

Travel outside Mumbai 2–3 times a month. Flexibility for occasional late meetings is required.

We’re looking for a well-presented, confident, and adaptable professional with strong English and Hindi communication skills. The role requires flexibility, trustworthiness, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Compensation: Rs 2–3 LPA + 25% incentive on any new business you independently generate.
