Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily business and personal activities. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a high level of discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Assist in business operations, follow-ups, and reporting
Maintain records, documents, and confidential information
Run personal and professional errands when required
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes
Manage reminders, deadlines, and task tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Tech-savvy (email, scheduling tools, CRM is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Background in business support, admin, or operations
Experience in IT, marketing, or startup environments (bonus)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
