We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Damal Industries Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and screen all incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence addressed to the Chairman & Director.
Schedule, coordinate, and manage the Chairman's & Director's appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Chairman & Director.
Maintain confidential documents, records, and data with discretion and integrity.
Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned by the Chairman & Director.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
Assist in drafting and editing presentations, reports, and communication material.
Accompany the Chairman & Director during business trips and manage logistics as required.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities

Fluency in English and Hindi
Additional Information:
