Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate appointments, handle communications, and assist with day-to-day tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Organize documents, files, and records.
Run personal and business-related errands as required.
Assist with planning and coordination.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers.
Prepare reports, and meeting notes.
Track expenses and maintain basic records.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Candidate should able to work on his own
