JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant with AI Skills
LOCATION: Delhi (Work from home office)

HOURS: 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with AI skills training to serve as a Personal Shadow Assistant. This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of personal administration, business operations, and AI-powered automation. You will become the operational backbone of a growing export business, managing communication, intelligence gathering, and business processes using AI tools and critical thinking.
This is not a traditional assistant role—it's an opportunity to learn how AI transforms business operations while gaining invaluable exposure to scaling a multi-vertical export business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication Management
Monitor and triage emails across 10 different email accounts (personal, business, verticals)
Manage WhatsApp communications, transcribe voice messages, and alert on urgent items
Track incoming calls and SMS to ensure nothing is missed
Provide daily briefings on what needs attention
Business Intelligence & Operations
Monitor operations dashboards and alert to issues (delayed orders, quality problems, payment delays)
Compile daily cash flow and payment collection reports
Track financial metrics and flag concerning trends
Identify operational bottlenecks and blockers
Vendor & Sourcing Intelligence
Research vendors and compile supplier lists
Use AI tools to gather and verify vendor information
Draft outreach emails to vendors and suppliers
Follow up on pricing inquiries and compile competitive analysis
Client Engagement & Sales Support
Help manage high-value client relationships via personalized WhatsApp communication
Support sales strategy development using AI prompts
Maintain pricing lists and alert when updates are needed
Organize product information and specifications for sales team
Project & Task Management
Monitor assigned tasks and track progress
Coordinate between teams using messaging
Flag delays and roadblocks early
Maintain project timelines and milestones
Booking & Personal Administration
Research and book restaurants, hotels, and flights
Plan vacations and manage personal travel
Handle various booking and reservation tasks
Export Business Development
Research export markets and identify prospective clients
Draft outreach to export prospects
Coordinate business travel to meet with serious prospects
Maintain export pipeline and opportunity tracking
Additional Responsibilities

ABOUT YOU
Required:
Completed or near-completion of AI skills training from recognized institute
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written communication abilities
Comfortable learning and working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms quickly
Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
Experience with email management tools or CRM systems
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or similar messaging platforms
Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and data organization
Experience with research and information gathering
Understanding of export or B2B business operations
Interest in continuous learning and skill development
