Key Responsibilities:
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage scheduling tasks, including setting up meetings and appointments.
Review, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the Managing Director (MD).
Answer and return phone calls promptly and professionally.
Organize documents and maintain accurate, up-to-date reports.
Take meeting notes and perform various administrative tasks to support the MD’s efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must have Graduate with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent multitasking, and time-management skills are essential. A professional attitude, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, is a must.
