Bright Consultants is looking for a professional Personal Assistant to manage their front desk operations and perform various administrative tasks. This role involves welcoming guests, handling front-office responsibilities, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹65000 along with career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Manage scheduling tasks, including setting up meetings and appointments.

  • Review, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the Managing Director (MD).

  • Answer and return phone calls promptly and professionally.

  • Organize documents and maintain accurate, up-to-date reports.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must have Graduate with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent multitasking, and time-management skills are essential. A professional attitude, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, is a must.
