  • Efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and daily scheduling

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and all correspondence on behalf of the employer in a professional manner

  • Schedule and manage virtual interviews via Zoom, Google Meet, or other video conferencing platforms

  • Act as a liaison between the employer and internal teams, clients, and external vendors
