Personal Assistant ki Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support

    • Meetings aur appointments schedule karna

    • Calendar manage karna

    • Travel arrangements (tickets, hotel booking, itinerary banana)

  2. Communication Handling

    • Emails aur phone calls manage karna

    • Boss ke behalf par correspondence karna

    • Notes, minutes of meeting likhna

  3. Documentation & Record Keeping

    • Files aur records organize karna

    • Documents prepare aur maintain karna

    • Reports aur presentations banana

  4. Day-to-Day Assistance

    • Daily tasks aur reminders set karna

    • Boss ki personal aur professional activities ka balance maintain karna

    • Confidential information ko secure rakhna

  5. Coordination

    • Internal team aur external stakeholders ke beech coordination

    • Meetings arrange karna aur ensure karna ki sab scheduled ho

    • Event planning & management support

  6. Other Tasks (As Required)

    • Market research karna

    • Office supplies manage karna

    • Personal errands complete karna (agar required ho)
