Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at 3m Builder's & Construction Contractor's. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 32,500 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist Buyerscalls and ensure they are directed correctly.
  • when needed able to go for Business trips with MD for Manali, Dharamshala, Leh, Srinanaagr, Mumbai and some more places. This job also include the travel part so be noted firrst.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
  • Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
