Job description:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support student engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, follow-ups, and basic social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email)
Maintain inquiry records and perform data entry
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules
Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
Handle social media management (posting updates, replying to messages)
Create basic designs/posts using Canva
Coordinate with faculty and management when required
Assist in general administrative tasks
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of computer software (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
Familiarity with Canva
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
Ability to multitask and manage data efficiently
Professional and presentable personality
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Prior experience in receptionist/front desk/telecalling role is preferred
