Requirement
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator to manage customer proposals, vendor coordination, and internal follow-ups. The role requires strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and send product proposals and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) proposals
• Follow up with customers regarding AMC proposals and approvals
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for suppliers and coordinate with vendors
• Monitor execution and implementation of customer orders
• Record and track customer complaints in the ticketing system
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of tasks
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and trackers
Required Skills
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
• Organized and detail-oriented
Candidate Profile
• Female candidate with 3–5 years experience in office coordination / sales coordination / administration
• Experience handling proposals, purchase orders, and client communication
