We are looking for a Office Coordinator to join our team Sampoorn Diagnostics to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome Customers and greet people who visit the organization premises & Outdoor Health Checkup Camps. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk/Back office tasks like managing mail and Handling appointment phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs.15000+ Incentive and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist Customer and ensure they are at right place.
Answer, screen, phone calls professionally.
Maintain a customer appoitment Log with timely report delivery & dispatch.
Shortlist customer daily appoitment and Lead genration.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like Database creation in excel worksheet, Customer appointment follow-up and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Freshers. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
