Job Summary:
The Female Office Coordinator will oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations within the manufacturing unit. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication to support staff and management effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office logistics and maintain an organized workspace.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
Handle correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries.
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support HR and administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
