Job Title: Office Administrator (Doctor’s Office)

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our doctor’s office. The role involves handling front-desk activities, patient coordination, record management, and supporting the doctor and medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-desk operations including patient check-in and check-out

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

  • Maintain and organize patient records (physical and/or electronic)

  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally

  • Manage billing support, invoices, and payment records

  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, labs, and other staff

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and office area

  • Manage office supplies and place orders when required

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic protocols

  • Assist with basic reporting and daily administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an office admin, clinic admin, or receptionist preferred

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Polite, patient-friendly attitude

  • Basic understanding of medical terminology is an advantage

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Education

  • Graduate or equivalent (preferred)

Working Hours

  • 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
